Terms and Conditions for Scrabble Pictures

• Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information/address in the order form
• The pictures are created to customer specification, carefully select the frame, matt and word you require as mistakes cannot be changed
• The actual colour of the picture and frame may differ slighly from that shown due to individual pc monitor colour settings
• Wooden scrabble pieces are all different, they are made of wood and have differing grain and when photographed each image will vary.
• The scrabble photographs are not 3D and are photographs of scrabble pieces
• All orders requiring delivery before Christmas Must be placed by 5pm on Friday 2nd of December. Orders placed after that will not be delivered before the 24th December 2011
• If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours

Delivery Policy

• Three Little Wishes will not be responsible for the wrong delivery due to incorrect and /or incomplete address supplied by the customer
• Customers must provide 14 days working days for delivery. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 14 working days we will inform the reasons to the customer at the earliest.
• All items are offered subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
• Three Little Wishes takes great care to package and post the orders in good condition, packed in bubble wrap and boxed. However the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure, Three Little Wishes would require the customer to return the package with the goods before a replacement is sent out.
• Any damaged must be reported immediately or within 12 hours
