Evening  Photography Workshop

Requirements

1. A good basic knowledge of your camera
2. DSLR camera only
3. Tripod ( hire is available for $15)
4. A flash unit is handy but not essential
5. Memory cards
6. Lots of energy
7. Warm clothing
8. Insect repellant (sometimes)
9. LED torch, we have a good selection but you are welcome to bring one too especially if you have coloured ones.
10. Students must be 18 and over

Description
Taking photographs at night is great fun but it requires practice and experience, learn in our small workshop groups of no more than 12 students with 2 tutors
Our Workshop start with learning how to take a good Landscape/Cityscape as the sun sets on Auckland City and capturing the glow of the city lights.
Learn how to take a good portrait shot in the dark whilst using Flash both as a static image and a moving one
Create light trails and learn the art of zooming in and out of your images and get creative.
Finally we teach you how to paint with light, so bring your torches or borrow ours and get painting, create your own masterpiece, or even just write your name in light
This workshop is designed to teach you what you need to know when heading out to photograph the world at night whilst having heaps of fun with like minded people.
